By accessing and using TypingHero, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our application.
2. Accounts and Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use automated bots, scripts, browser extensions, or other cheating mechanisms to artificially inflate your typing speed (WPM) or XP. Cheating ruins the experience for others and will result in temporary or permanent suspension of your profile from the leaderboard.
4. Limitation of Liability
TypingHero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any lost typing data, profile levels, or coin balances due to system outages.
